NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT
IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ikan Media Inc. (“Sponsor”),
5207 Lake Overlook Ave, Bradenton, FL 34208, operator of https://focusgrouppanel.com.

2. Promotion

These Rules govern one September 2026 Sweepstakes for Focus Group Panel. It is separate
from any promotion offered by another Sponsor brand. Entries do not transfer between brands or into any later
promotion. The total approximate retail value of the prize offered under these Rules is $500.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are
eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and
its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all
U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Limit one (1) participating
account and email address per person; creating or using multiple accounts, email addresses, or identities to
earn entries is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable
federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. Entry Period

The “Entry Period” begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on
September 30, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

5. How to Enter Online

During the Entry Period, an eligible entrant may use the personalized Giveaway link in a
Focus Group Panel email to open the Giveaway page and select the free daily-entry button.
This awards twenty-five (25) entries and may be used once per person per calendar day. No purchase or other
activity is required.

Each qualifying action adds the stated number of entries to the entrant’s total. Repeated clicks on links in
the same email, repeated replies to the same email, duplicate or self-referrals, automated activity, and other
attempts to repeat the same qualifying event do not earn additional entries. A referral is credited only after
Sponsor validates that a new, unique, eligible person joined through the entrant’s personal referral link.
Sponsor’s records are final as to entry totals.

6. Mail-in Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without subscribing to or engaging with Sponsor email, hand-print your full name, complete mailing
address, email address, date of birth, the date of your entry, and the words
“Focus Group Panel September 2026 Giveaway” on a plain 3″ x 5″
card and mail it in a stamped, hand-addressed envelope to: Focus Group Panel
September 2026 Giveaway, c/o Ikan Media Inc., 5207 Lake Overlook Ave, Bradenton, FL 34208.
Each valid mail-in request earns twenty-five (25) entries. It must be postmarked during the Entry Period and
received by October 7, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in request per person per postmark date and one request per
outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced or automated requests are void. Online and mail-in entries are pooled
for the same drawing, and every individual entry has equal weight.

7. Drawing & Odds

After the close of the Entry Period and receipt deadline for mail-in entries, Sponsor will select one
potential winner in a random weighted drawing from all eligible entries received. An entrant’s chance of being
selected equals that entrant’s total eligible entries divided by all eligible entries. Odds depend on the total
number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification & Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry. The potential
winner must respond within five (5) days of notification. Sponsor may require the potential winner to sign and
return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release, and — where
required by applicable IRS reporting thresholds — to provide a completed IRS Form W-9. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond timely, is found
ineligible, fails the verification or anti-fraud review, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and
an alternate winner selected by random weighted drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Prizes

One winner will receive one $500 Amazon Gift Card delivered digitally. Amazon is not a sponsor of or
affiliated with this Sweepstakes. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty. No cash or other
substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater
value. The prize is non-transferable.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the
aggregate value of prizes awarded to a winner in a calendar year meets or exceeds the federal information-reporting
threshold then in effect ($2,000 for prizes awarded in 2026), Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099, and the
winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number to receive the prize.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the
winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further
compensation.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at
https://focusgrouppanel.com/privacy and is used to administer the Sweepstakes.

13. General Conditions & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are
final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process,
violates these rules, or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity (including automated engagement), and to
cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s
reasonable control impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or
undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted
by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without
regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply.

15. Winners List

For the name of the winner(s) for any Entry Period, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor
address above within sixty (60) days after the end of that Entry Period, or visit
focusgrouppanel.com/giveaway-rules, where recent winners are posted.
